A boiler fault may originate at the appliance, pump, zone control, sensor, gas supply, venting or hydronic loop. We assess the complete heating system so the repair addresses the reason heat is not being produced or delivered.
Boiler not firing, locking out or displaying a fault
Cold zones, uneven heating or poor recovery
Pump, zone-valve, sensor and control failures
Pressure, circulation or temperature problems
Indirect hot-water and priority-operation faults
What is included
A clear, practical service visit
Boiler sequence and control diagnosis
Pump, zone-valve and safety testing
Gas-pressure and combustion assessment when required
Hydronic circulation and temperature evaluation
Indirect domestic-hot-water troubleshooting
How it works
From the first call to a clear next step.
01
Review the system layout and symptom
02
Test boiler operation, controls and circulation
03
Repair the confirmed fault and verify heat delivery
Boiler diagnosis beyond the fault code
A fault code identifies where the boiler noticed a problem, not always the underlying cause. We review the sequence, operating temperatures, pressure, controls and circulation before recommending a repair.
Boiler and burner operation
Ignition, gas, flame proving, safety and combustion-related conditions are assessed as applicable.
Pumps and circulation
A functioning boiler cannot heat the property if the correct pump, valve or loop is not moving water.
Zones and controls
Thermostats, zone panels, sensors and priority logic are checked when only part of the system is affected.
Residential, commercial and strata boiler service
Hydronic systems range from a single residential boiler to multi-boiler commercial plants. Our service approach scales with the system and includes clear findings for owners, councils and property managers.
Residential hydronics
Boilers serving radiant floors, radiators, baseboards and indirect domestic-hot-water tanks.
Commercial boiler rooms
Multi-boiler systems, pumps, controls and planned maintenance for occupied properties.
Preventative maintenance
Cleaning, operating checks, combustion analysis and deficiency reporting based on the equipment and service scope.
Service questions
Answers before you call.
Why is my boiler running but some zones are cold?+
The issue may be a zone valve, pump, air, control signal, balancing or circulation problem rather than the boiler itself. The affected loop and its controls need to be tested.
What can cause a boiler to lock out?+
Ignition, flame proving, gas pressure, venting, temperature, pressure and safety-control conditions can all cause a lockout. Resetting repeatedly without diagnosis can hide an ongoing fault.
Do you service commercial and strata boiler systems?+
Yes. We service residential, commercial and strata boilers, including multi-boiler plants, pumps, zones, controls and preventative-maintenance scopes.
Do you offer emergency boiler repair?+
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency no-heat availability. Call with the equipment type, fault code and areas affected so we can assess urgency and response timing.
